My Sugar Queen Makeover!

Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that I have a new/revamped Christmas piece available for sale on my blog!

My sweet little Sugar Queen has been sitting around my studio and I have been kinda feeling sorry for her. So today, I gave her a makeover!  After she did her runway walk, the crowds have decided that she is, in fact, looking good and ready for Christmas!  She really is darling in person ... I have to say!

She is looking for just the right home to sprinkle her sugary goodness on.  If that is your house, all you need to do is be the first to email me!  She is $95.00, plus shipping.  So worth the discounted price, as she is a big piece -- 21 tall!   Her banner is reversible too!

Click on the above Artwork for Sale tab for more
information about her!

Her Bliss Side!

Hope you all have a wonderful evening!

LeeAnn xoxo

Twas the Night of Thanksgiving ...

Twas the Night of Thanksgiving, but I just couldn't sleep,
I tried counting backwards, I tried counting sheep.

The leftovers beckoned - the dark meat and white,
but I fought the temptation with all of my might!

Tossing and turning with anticipation,
the thought of a snack became infatuation.

So, I raced (me and my little dog, Jake) to the kitchen, flung open the door,
and gazed at the fridge, full of goodies galore!

I gobbled up turkey and buttered potatoes,
pickles and carrots, beans and tomatoes.

I felt myself swelling so plump and so round,
'til all of a sudden, I rose off the ground.

I crashed through the ceiling, floating into the sky,
with a mouthful of pudding and a handful of pie!

But, I managed to yell as I soared past the trees,
"Happy eating to All, pass the cranberries, please!"

"May your stuffing be tasty, may your turkey be plump,
may your potatoes 'n gravy have nary a lump."

"May your yams be delicious, may your pies take the prize,

may your Thanksgiving dinner stay off of your thighs!"

I found the above poem while rummaging through my craft room.  Thought it was cute and wanted to share it with you all.

I also wanted to take a minute to wish Everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!   During this Holiday, take time to count your blessing, thank the Lord above and take comfort that he is always near.  Say a prayer for those in need, those who need love or those who are neglected.  Pray for the sick and those who are hungry.  Pray for our troops and our country too!

If you have love to give - give it to Everyone, everywhere ... all the time!   IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.    I am thankful for you!!

May God bless you and your family!  XOXO LeeAnn (& Jake)

A Wickedly Sweet Halloween!

Hi Everyone!

Wanted to share some pictures with you of our Halloween.  Below are pictures of me and Jake --Jake and my beautiful daughter, (she is the one in the money mask and you couldn't tell if she was beautiful or not, but she really is!)  Being Jake's first Halloween and all, he did fabulously!!  I dare say, he loved the holiday and was a big hit with the kiddies.  He sat with me handing out candy and eating up all the lavish attention.  He should have dressed up as a honey baked ham, instead of a little devil.  :)

I am also attaching a picture of my latest creation!  Wickedly Sweet Wanda!   Just finished her up on Halloween in time to deliver her to her new owner.  She was well received and an instant hit!  Always glad when my customers are happy.  Sorry about the picture - she is sitting on my work table and I should have taken a clean picture of her in my light box, but time was getting away from me.  Anyway, you get the idea of her.  There is a led light in the bottom of her pumpkin tin that changes to a multitude of colors.  Really cool!!  I love her sweet face!

Hope you all had a wickedly wonderful Halloween!!

Our prayers go out to all those families who were in the path of the Storm, Susan.
Know that you are in our hearts and prayers!  XOXO
